The Governor and Company of Merchants of London Trading in the East Indies (chartered under the Tudor Queen of England in 1600) declared Independence on the 4th July 1776 as the United States of America with a Constitution.
Calvin's Case (1608) Co Rep 1a, Case of Postnati determined that those born on, or connected to, the soil under English control were deemed to have English Land Law and Common Law English Rights. This was extended to the United States of America under birthright.
The Virginia Trading Company, chartered in 1606 by Westminster Parliament/House of Lords (under the Plantagenet King of Great Britain (British) was set up in opposition to the East India Company with the intention of colonising the Eastern Coast of America. This charter granted to the Hospitallers/Templars under the Roman Catholic Law, gave the Virginia Company legislative capacity and the rights to coin money.
What followed was the American war of independence between those who had colonised America from the English (East India Company) and the British Red Coats (Virginia Company). The main reason being that the Virginia Company was trying to rein in the East India Company by denying them “Rights of Englishmen”. Their rights and authority were being usurped by the Parliament of Great Britain and the English objected to rule from Great Britain being imposed on them. The Virginia Company did not accept that the Native Americans had any rights, nor did they accept that the English Common Law Rights were applicable to those who had arrived in America as the East India Company. They were using Law Lord Coke's argument of “Perpetual enemies” (perpetui inimici) on Christian Kings and the way to treat infidels on the land as a legal sanction to dispense with affording Native Americans any rights as they settled in Virginia.
The Treaty of Paris in 1783 was the official ending to the war. This treaty was between the United States of America (East India Company) and the United States (Virginia Company) and led to the 1789 Constitution of the United States.
The United States of America are the East India Company whilst the United States are the Virginia Company. The Senate and President of the United States is the Virginia Company under Roman Catholic Law and decided upon by the electors appointed by the Electoral College in the 50 States. The President of the United States of America in Congress is decided by the voters from the States. One President, two offices.
